Getting to the Dane County Farmers' Market

Public Transportation

The market is located on Capitol Square surrounding the Capitol Building in Downtown Madison.

You can use the Madison Trip Planner to find the best bus route to the market from your area.

The number 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 buses all stop within walking distance of the market.

Thinking of driving to the market? Here's how:

Coming from the North, exit Interstate 90/94 on to Hwy 151 which becomes E. Washington Ave. in Madison.

Coming from the South, exit Hwy 12/18 on to Park St. going north to W. Washington Ave. which leads to downtown.

Parking can be found in city parking structures all around the square.

On most market Saturdays, parking cost $3. On holidays or for special events, it might be $4.
